What does Learning and Support provide?
The Learning and Support Educators at Unity Grammar deliver targeted and timely specialist assistance to learners across mainstream classes, as well as support their educators in addressing diverse learning needs.
Their work focuses on understanding the unique requirements of each learner, aligning with school priorities, and implementing evidence-based programs to support learning.
This includes the effective delivery of literacy intervention programs such as MiniLit Sage and MacqLit for learners across K-6.
The team also monitors and evaluates learner progress, assesses the effectiveness of interventions, and refines strategies to continuously improve learning outcomes for all learners.
